2026-2027 Akademik Yılı Güz Dönemi I. Lisansüstü Uluslararası Öğrenci Başvuru Sonuçları açıklandı.

Kesin kayıt hakkı kazanan adaylar 11-22 Mayıs 2026 tarihleri arasında (22 Mayıs 2026 saat 23.59'a kadar) katkı payları/öğrenim ücretlerini ödemeleri gerekmektedir. Belirlenen tarihe kadar katkı payları/öğrenim ücretlerini ödeyen öğrencilere 20 Mayıs 2026 tarihinden sonra Kabul Mektupları gönderilecektir.

17-28 Ağustos 2026 tarihleri arasında evraklarının asıllarını teslim ederek kesin kayıtlarını tamamlayan adaylar 2026-2027 akademik yılı güz dönemi itibari ile lisansüstü eğitim-öğretime başlayacaktır. Belirtilen tarihten sonra evraklarının asıllarını şahsen teslim etmeyen adayların kesin kayıtları yapılmayacaktır. Kesin kayıt işlemlerini tamamlamayan öğrencilerin ödemiş oldukları katkı payları/öğrenim ücretlerin iadesi yapılmayacaktır.

Mevcut tezli yüksek lisans veya doktora programına kaydı olan öğrencilerin kesin kaydı yapılamamaktadır.

Katkı payları/öğrenim ücretleri ödemeleri belirlenen tarihlerde https://tahsilat.bartin.edu.tr/lisansustu/ adresi üzerinden yapılacaktır.

KESİN KAYITTA TESLİM EDİLMESİ GEREKEN EVRAKLAR
  • Yüksek Lisans Programına başvuranlar için Lisans; Doktora Programına başvuranlar için Lisans ve Tezli Yüksek Lisans diplomalarının (mezuniyet belgesi) fotokopileri ve belgelerinin asılları da fotokopilerinin onaylanması için gereklidir (Yurtdışından alınmış olanlar için Apostil olması gerekmektedir.),
  • Yüksek Lisans Programına başvuranlar için Lisans; Doktora Programına başvuranlar için Lisans ve Tezli Yüksek Lisans not durum belgesinin (mezuniyet transkripti) fotokopileri ve belgelerinin asılları da fotokopilerinin onaylanması için gereklidir (Yurtdışından alınmış olanlar için Apostil olması gerekmektedir.),
  • Yüksek Lisans Programına başvuranlar için Lisans; Doktora Programına başvuranlar için Lisans ve Tezli Yüksek Lisans diplomasının (mezuniyet belgesinin), not durum belgesinin (mezuniyet transkripti) ve Pasaport belgesinin noter veya Türkiye Temsilciliği onaylı Türkçe tercümeleri,
  • Türkiye’deki bir Üniversiteden mezun olan öğrenciler e-devletten indirerek alacakları Mezuniyet ve Transkript belgelerinin çıktılarını teslim edebilirler.
  • Doktora programları için son 5 yıl içerisinde alınan YDS, YÖKDİL ile YÖK tarafından eşdeğerliği kabul edilen uluslararası yabancı dil sonuç belgesi,
  • Pasaport belgesi [pasaport üzerinde hudut kapısı giriş kaşesi ve vize etiketi (vize muafiyeti kapsamındakiler hariç) yer alması gerekmektedir.]
  • Türkiye’de yasal kalış durumunu gösteren belge (vize, ikamet izin belgesi, vatansız kişi kimlik belgesi, Uluslararası koruma kimlik belgesi, Geçici koruma kimlik belgesi, Çalışma izin belgesi, Çalışma izni muafiyet belgesi, Mavi kart veya Yabancı Temsilcilik Personel/Aile Bireyi Kimlik Kartı belgelerinden biri),
  • 1 adet vesikalık fotoğraf (son altı ay içinde çekilmiş),
  • Sağlık alanları haricinde Yurt dışından alınmış lisans ve yüksek lisans diplomaları için daha önce öğrenim gördükleri kurumların tanınıp tanınmadığına dair Yükseköğretim Kurulu’ndan alınan tanınma belgesi (mülteciler hariç),
  • Klinik uygulaması olan sağlık alanları için Yurt dışından alınmış lisans ve yüksek lisans diplomaları için Diploma Denklik Belgesi,
  • Öğrenim ücretinin ödendiğine dair belge (Dekont),
  • Varsa YÖK tarafından tanınan kurumların düzenlediği sınavlardan alınan Türkçe Yeterlik Belgesi,
  • Göç İdaresinden Alınacak Öğrenim ikamet izin belgesi (Kayıttan sonra en geç bir ay içerisinde Enstitüye teslim edilir.)
Not: YÖK denklik belgesi veya mezuniyet tanıma belgesi olan öğrenciler için diplomada (mezuniyet belgesi) noter onayı zorunlu değildir.

Ücretler Öğrenci Numarası ile Ziraat Bankası Mobil Bankacılık veya ATM üzerinden yatırılmalıdır. Kesinlikle IBAN’a yatırılmayacaktır.

Cumhurbaşkanlığı tarafından yayımlanacak olan “2025-2026 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılında Yükseköğretim Kurumlarında Cari Hizmet Maliyetlerine Öğrenci Katkısı Olarak Alınacak Katkı Payları ve Öğrenim Ücretlerinin Tespitine Dair Karar”  neticesinde öğrenim ücretlerinde değişiklik olması durumunda fark  2025-2026 Akademik Yılı Bahar dönemi öğrenim ücretine yansıtılacaktır.
 
Ayrıca uluslararası öğrencilerin Kesin Kayıt belgelerini elden teslime geldiklerinde 5.000 ₺ teminat ücreti yatırmaları gerekmektedir. 
 
Kesin kayıt işlemini tamamlayan adaylardan  Türkçe Dil Belgesi olmayan öğrenciler Türkçe Dil Hazırlık dönemine kaydedilecektir. Bu durumda olan öğrencilerin bir yıl içerisinde en az C1 seviyesinde dil yeterlik belgesi alması gerekmektedir. Kayıtları tamamlanan öğrencilerin C1 belgeleri olmayanların yalnızca TÖMER/ Bartın Üniversitesi Türkçe Öğretim ve Uygulama Merkezine kayıt olmaları ve burada tamamlamaları gerekmektedir. Üniversitemiz Türkçe Öğretim ve Uygulama Merkezinin sayfasına https://tomer.bartin.edu.tr/iletisim.html adresi üzerinden ulaşabilir  https://veri.bartin.edu.tr/u/tomer_kayit.html adresinden de Türkçe Dil Kursuna kayıt yaptırılabilir.

The results of the first round of graduate student applications for international students for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 academic year have been announced.

Candidates who have gained the right to final registration must pay their tuition fees between May 11-22, 2026 (by 11:59 PM on May 22, 2026). Admission letters will be sent to students who pay their tuition fees by the specified date after May 20, 2026..

Candidates who submit the original documents and complete their final registration between August 17-28, 2026, will begin their graduate studies as of the Fall semester of the 2026–2027 academic year. Candidates who fail to submit the original documents by the specified date personally will not have their final registrations completed. Tuition fees paid by students who do not complete the final registration process will not be refunded.

Students already enrolled in a thesis-based master’s or doctoral program cannot finalise their registration.

Tuition fee payments must be made within the specified dates through the following link: https://tahsilat.bartin.edu.tr/lisansustu/.

Required Documents for Final Registration
  • For applicants to Master's Programs, photocopies of the Bachelor's diploma; for applicants to Doctoral Programs, photocopies of the Bachelor's and Master's with Thesis diplomas (graduation certificate) are required, and the original documents are also necessary for the verification of the photocopies (an Apostille is required for those obtained abroad)
  • For applicants to Master's Programs, photocopies of the Bachelor's transcript; for applicants to Doctoral Programs, photocopies of the Bachelor's and Master's with Thesis transcripts (graduation transcript) are required, and the original documents are also necessary for the verification of the photocopies (an Apostille is required for those obtained abroad)
  • Turkish translations approved by a notary or a Turkish Representation of the Bachelor's diploma (graduation certificate) for Master's applicants; and of the Bachelor's and Master's with Thesis diplomas (graduation certificates), transcripts (graduation transcripts), and Passport for Doctoral applicants
  • Students who graduated from a university in Türkiye may submit printouts of their Graduation and Transcript documents obtained by downloading them from e-devlet.
  • For doctoral programs, an international foreign language result document from YDS, YÖKDİL, or an equivalent recognized by YÖK, obtained within the last 5 years
  • Passport document [the passport must contain a border gate entry stamp and a visa sticker (except for those within the scope of visa exemption).]
  • A document showing legal stay status in Türkiye (one of the following: visa, residence permit, stateless person identity document, international protection identity document, temporary protection identity document, work permit, work permit exemption certificate, Blue Card, or Foreign Mission Personnel/Family Member Identity Card)
  • 1 passport-sized photograph (taken within the last six months)
  • For bachelor's and master's diplomas obtained from abroad, excluding health fields, a recognition certificate obtained from the Council of Higher Education regarding whether the institutions where they previously studied are recognized (except for refugees)
  • For bachelor's and master's diplomas obtained abroad for health fields with clinical practice, a Diploma Equivalency Certificate
  • Document confirming payment of tuition fees (Receipt)
  • Turkish Proficiency Certificate obtained from exams organized by institutions recognized by YÖK, if available
  • Student residence permit to be obtained from the Directorate of Migration Management (to be submitted to the Graduate School within one month at the latest after registration.)
 Note: For students who have a YÖK equivalency certificate or a graduation recognition certificate, a notarized copy of the diploma (graduation certificate) is not required.

If there is a change in tuition fees as a result of the “2025-2026 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılında Yükseköğretim Kurumlarında Cari Hizmet Maliyetlerine Öğrenci Katkısı Olarak Alınacak Katkı Payları ve Öğrenim Ücretlerinin Tespitine Dair Karar” to be published by the Presidency, the difference will be reflected in the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester tuition fee.

Additionally, international students must deposit a security fee of 5,000 ₺ when submitting their final registration documents in person.

Students who complete the final registration process but do not have a Turkish Language Proficiency Certificate will be enrolled in the Turkish Language Preparatory Program. Such students must obtain a language proficiency certificate at a minimum C1 level within one year. Students who have completed their registration but do not possess a C1 certificate must exclusively register with the Bartın University Turkish Language Teaching Application and Research Center (TÖMER) and complete their studies there.
