15 Ocak-31 Ocak 2025 tarihler arasında evraklarının asıllarını teslim ederek kesin kayıtlarını tamamlayan adaylar 2024-2025 akademik yılı bahar dönemi itibari ile lisansüstü eğitim-öğretime başlayacaktır.

Candidates who have gained the right to final registration must pay their tuition fees between December 23, 2024, and January 10, 2025 (by 11:59 PM on January 10, 2025). Invitation letters will be sent to students who have completed their payments within the specified dates, and they must submit the required documents in person by the final deadline. Candidates who fail to submit the original documents by the specified date personally will not have their final registrations completed. Tuition fees paid by students who do not complete the final registration process will not be refunded.
Candidates who submit the original documents and complete their final registration between January 15 and January 31, 2025, will begin their graduate studies as of the Spring Semester of the 2024–2025 academic year.
Students already enrolled in a thesis-based master’s or doctoral program cannot finalise their registration.

Required Documents for Final Registration
- For applicants to the Master's Program: the original and copies of the Bachelor's degree diploma-graduation certificate; for applicants to the PhD Program: the original and copies of the Bachelor's and Thesis Master's degrees diplomas-graduation certificates,
- For applicants to the Master's Program: the original and copies of the Bachelor's transcript (graduation transcript); for applicants to the PhD Program: the original and copies of the Bachelor's and Thesis Master's transcripts,
- Passport document [the passport must include an entry stamp from the border crossing and a visa sticker (except for those exempt from a visa)],
- A document showing legal residency status in Türkiye (one of the following: visa, residence permit, stateless person identity card, international protection identity card, temporary protection identity card, work permit, work permit exemption certificate, blue card, or foreign mission staff/family member identity card),
- For applicants to the Master's Program: notarized or Turkish Consulate-approved Turkish translations of the Bachelor's degree diploma-graduation certificate and transcript (graduation transcript), and passport; for applicants to the PhD Program: notarized or Turkish Consulate-approved Turkish translations of the Bachelor's and Thesis Master's degrees diplomas-graduation certificates and transcripts, and passport,
- For undergraduate and graduate diplomas obtained abroad (except for health fields): a recognition certificate from the Council of Higher Education in Türkiye (YÖK) regarding whether the institution where the applicant studied is recognized (except for refugees),
- For health fields with clinical practice: a Diploma Equivalency Certificate for undergraduate and graduate diplomas obtained abroad,
- For PhD programs: a foreign language exam result document (YDS, YÖKDİL, or an international exam recognized as equivalent by YÖK) obtained within the last 5 years,
- One passport-size photo (taken within the last six months),
- Documents showing the payment of tuition and security deposit fees (receipt),
- If available, a Turkish Proficiency Certificate from an exam conducted by an institution recognized by YÖK
- Students who graduated from a university in Türkiye can submit printed copies of their Graduation and Transcript documents downloaded from the e-Government portal,
- A study residence permit document to be obtained from the Directorate of Migration Management (must be submitted to the Graduate School within one month after registration),
Note: For students who have a YÖK equivalency certificate or a graduation recognition certificate, a notarized copy of the diploma (graduation certificate) is not required.

Fees must be paid using the student number via Ziraat Bank Mobile Banking or ATM. Payments should not be made to the IBAN under any circumstances. |
Additionally, international students must deposit a security fee of 4,000 ₺ when submitting their final registration documents in person.
Students who complete the final registration process but do not have a Turkish Language Proficiency Certificate will be enrolled in the Turkish Language Preparatory Program. Such students must obtain a language proficiency certificate at a minimum C1 level within one year. Students who have completed their registration but do not possess a C1 certificate must exclusively register with the Bartın University Turkish Language Teaching Application and Research Center (TÖMER) and complete their studies there.
